About An AI venture lab for B2B service firms

How you organize around AI determines what AI can do for you.

BraveLabs combines organizational science and applied AI to help B2B service firms make better decisions, build better processes, and launch the products that scale what they're already good at.

The premise

The capacity to use AI well is built, not bought.

Access isn't the bottleneck
95%
of enterprise GenAI pilots show no measurable return

of companies stall before scaling AI value

Two independent studies, the same pattern: most organizations aren't converting AI access into results. The gap is the organization, not the model.

Every organization already runs on an operating logic: how decisions move, where authority actually sits, what's written down and what only a few people remember. That logic sets the ceiling on what AI can do.

The organizations pulling ahead treat this as the design problem. They invest in the decisions, processes, and alignment that let AI actually perform.

BraveLabs exists to work that intersection: organizational psychology, cognitive science, and product engineering, running as one practice and grounded in original research.

How we work

Four principles that define every engagement.

From a single strategy session to a full product build.

01
Research-driven innovation

Our solutions are grounded in original scientific inquiry into work, organizations, and AI. Published, tested, and continuously updated.

02
Bespoke precision

Every engagement begins with understanding how your organization operates. The solution is designed from your specifics, not adapted from a template.

03
Human capability first

We design AI to amplify human judgment. The goal is always what your people and/or your customers can achieve. AI is an accelerant for their success.

04
Systems over symptoms

We work on the organizational conditions that determine what AI can do for you over time: decision architecture, process design, alignment.

The team

Assembled to hold two things at once.

The scientific rigor to understand what is happening inside organizations deploying AI, and the technical depth to build something that works. Our founders bring graduate-level training in organizational psychology and cognitive science, and careers spent building AI products: designing system architecture, publishing peer-reviewed research, and shipping software clients use in production.

Our product and engineering team has delivered across the full arc from concept to deployed product. Our advisors contribute decades of global leadership development, organizational culture, and senior talent strategy at Fortune 500 scale.
