In our first conversation, we'll tell you what your Product needs to do to be worth doing. No project commitment needed.
Facing capacity limits, coaching firm Educate developed UnlockAI to translate student data into immediate instructional decisions. By productizing their methodology, they captured new market tiers, increased enterprise deal values, and drove a successful acquisition exit.

Ideas are easy. Execution is hard.
Many product attempts fail because businesses build first, then sell. The strongest rout to market fit and sustainable growth is to invest in proving your core assumptions with real customers. Then, with confidence, invest enough to test the next set.
Define a perfect spec, then build. Show customers as and after you develop. Here, the product is defined by a brief and launch reveals whether the assumption was right. If it doesn't succeed, change is slow and expensive.
Get a strong strategy from research and ideation. Then, hand a blueprint to builders. At this moment, what gets built often drifts from what was learned. The nuance of each product choice aren't made with empathy.
With us, customer research is before design and tested prototypes are before development. Our missions is to prove the resulting business will work before we invest anything in code. The real measure of great product is results.
A working Product, owned by your team, built on your method.
Branded, secure, sales ready software. Tech enable your services, help customers in new ways, or open new segments. Done well, you can grow faster or sell at a higher multiple.
Most Product engagements start at $50K for a prototype. Full delivery, which is concept to launch, including Year 1 sales and tech support, is typically ~$250K. Of course this varies. We’ll tell you what your situation calls for in the first conversation.
Your commitment in the first four weeks is likely 4 hours per week across interviews and review sessions. Then roughly 6 hours per month for milestone reviews through launch. We run the work. You stay informed.
That’s what the first conversation is for. We’ll tell you if a Product is the right path. If it is, we'll work together to define what your product would need to do to succeed technically and as a business. This is our offer to help, whether we work together or not.
We design to learn. We aim for revenue before the full buildout.
Prototypes reach real customers early and development follows what users tell us. Our goal is to generate revenue with the most basic version possible so that we grow our understanding of value faster than code. Here's a bit about how it works:
Customer interviews, workflow mapping, and a working prototype tested with real users. This is not a mockup. We aim for a fully testable and ideally sellable version of the core value proposition. Expect to work 4 to 6 hours per week across a kickoff, interviews, and reviews.
Iterative user testing alongside development. The product shape is determined by how users act, not just feedback or a brief. This is where your method gets encoded: the judgment, the exceptions, the edge cases that make it yours.
A first version reaches real customers and revenue begins. The team learns from usage before a full product is complete. After this stage leadership's time commitment is roughly 6 hours per month. Sales and support work would scale up.
Complete product delivery with go-to-market support: financial modeling, pricing and packaging, customer-success infrastructure where needed. We stay until the product is stable and the team owns it fully.
How Educate extended their method to more schools.
Educate had built a coaching methodology that got measurable results. However, their coaches could only be in so many classrooms.
We built UnlockAI, a personalized instruction platform that runs Educate's proprietary Innovation Spectrum. It understands student data such as homework, quizzes, as well as major tests, so when a teacher asks about a student, the guidance reflects their individual needs and advice from both academic and Educate expertise.
Once built, we led district cyber compliance, go to market positioning and web presence, pricing, and business modelling. For us, success mean proven traction.
Partnership values grew roughly 50% once the method shipped as a Product.
"What truly sets the BraveLabs team apart is their genuine care for the outcomes. Their team is so curious and committed."
One team. Research through launch.
Customer interviews and prototype testing happen before production code. We prove, rather than guess at fit and willingness to pay.
Proprietary frameworks and expert judgment are designed into the Product. It earns trust because it thinks the way your business does.
Compliance, infrastructure, and edge case handling. We use custom tooling to ensure stability and performance, without slowing the build.
Engineering documentation, architecture guides, and an operational run book are standard deliverables. The Product is yours from launch.
Most Product engagements start with a $50K prototype. We start by getting a testable version of the core value proposition in real customers' hands. Full delivery, concept through launch with Year 1 support, typically lands between $200K and $250K.
We'll tell you what your situation calls for in the first conversation. Before either of us invest in a product, we'll define if a product will realistically achieve your goals, and what it would need to do to succeed.
Concept through launch, with Year 1 support.
Tell us what you want to build.
We don't run intake forms. Reach out directly. In the first conversation, we'll tell you what your Product needs to do.
We respond within one business day. No commitment required to have the first conversation.
